Chakradance™ is a powerful movement therapy modality, combining guided visualization and meditation, dance, archetypal embodiment and artistic expression. Chakradance™ uses sound as frequency medicine through music uniquely composed for each of the chakras. These frequencies create internal resonance that awakens the organic intelligence in your body. You will traverse the depths of your inner psyche, dance by dance.

Each week, we’ll focus on one of the seven chakras to release blocks, restore the organic blueprint, and unlock each of these energetic pathways that hold within them the unique keys to the full expression of our soul. 

You'll receive transformational practices, guided videos and audios, rituals, weekly live zoom gatherings, and the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded souls who are on this journey with you.
