These rituals were created as a tender offering for women like you who are ready for a softer way — 

practices that invite rest, safety, vitality, support, and sovereignty back into your daily life.

I invite you to receive and tend to your body, mind and spirit.

Deep Rest

When you are tired to your bones, begin here.

Ritual (5–10 minutes):

  • Lie down or sit comfortably with your feet supported.
  • Place one hand on your belly and one on your heart.
  • Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths — in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  • With each exhale, imagine your body getting heavier, sinking into the surface beneath you.
  • Let your jaw unclench, your shoulders drop, your belly soften.

Stay here for a few minutes, doing nothing but breathing and resting.

Affirmation:
I allow my body to rest. I am safe to restore my energy.

 

Anchoring Into Safety

Come back to the safety within your own body.

Ritual (3–5 minutes):

  • Sit with both feet flat on the ground.
  • Gently press your feet into the floor and notice the support beneath you.
  • Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.
  • Take a slow breath in… and a longer breath out.
  • Quietly say to yourself: “I am here. I am safe in this moment.”

Let your body feel your presence — steady, grounded, and with you.

Affirmation:
I am anchored in my body. I am safe from the inside out.

 

Awakening Vitality

Awaken the energy that already lives within you.

Ritual (3–7 minutes):

  • Stand up and gently begin to move your body.
  • Roll your shoulders, sway your hips, stretch your arms overhead.
  • If it feels good, shake out your hands, your legs, your whole body.
  • Let your breath move naturally as you bring life back into your body.

This doesn’t have to be perfect — just let yourself feel alive.

Affirmation:
Energy flows through me. I am alive, vibrant, and awake.

 

Receiving Sacred Support

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Ritual (5 minutes):

  • Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  • Wrap your arms around yourself or place your hands on your body.
  • Gently carress your arms and chest for several breaths.
  • Hold yourself with care and reverence.
  • Imagine being supported — by Mother Earth beneath you, by sacred unseen hands, by your wise and loving ancestors, by something greater than you that can hold everything you have been carrying. 
  • Let yourself soften into that support.

Allow yourself to receive, even if just a little. There is a whole universe full of support available.

Affirmation:
I am supported. I am held. I do not have to do this alone.

 

Restoring Sovereignty

Return to your power, one small moment at a time.

Ritual (5–10 minutes):

  • Sit quietly and take a few steady breaths.
  • Ask yourself: “What do I need right now?”
  • Listen without judgment — whatever arises is enough.
  • Choose one small way to honor that need (rest, water, a boundary, a pause).
  • Place your hand on your heart and commit to that choice.

This is how you can come back to yourself with every decision you make.

I trust myself. I honor my needs. I choose what is right for me.
